24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $5 fee.
Emergency Exceptions: No charge for medical emergencies, surgeries, or other life-threatening situations (documentation may be required).
Bring a Friend Policy: Both students must be working on the same material. If one student misses the session, a $20 charge applies.

MathMind was founded in early 2025 by Tyler and Carlos, two individuals who intimately understand the frustration and anxiety that comes with struggling in math. Growing up, both Tyler and Carlos faced their own challenges with mathematics—not because they lacked ability, but because they didn't have access to the right support and guidance when they needed it most.
They remember the feeling of sitting in class, completely lost, too afraid to raise their hand and ask for help. They remember the mounting anxiety before tests, the embarrassment of poor grades, and the belief that they simply "weren't math people." Most painfully, they remember not knowing who to turn to for help.
These experiences shaped their mission: to ensure no child has to go through what they did. They wanted to create a safe, supportive environment where students could ask questions without judgment, make mistakes without fear, and discover that they are, in fact, capable of understanding and even enjoying mathematics.
